Red Wing, MN,
U.S. News and World Reports has rewarded the top senior living communities in the nation with their prestigious annual awards. This year, Red Wing’s own Deer Crest Senior Living received two of the coveted awards-- Best Independent Living and Best Assisted Living.
“We are proud to have earned these U.S. News and World Report awards. Our residents deserve the best, and at Deer Crest Senior Living, we strive to provide seniors with an exceptional, engaging living experience,” shared Crislyn Walsh, Executive Director. “The U.S. News awards show the world what we already know -- our hard work in service to others, our daily activities and events, healthy meals, and our devoted staff are making a difference in the lives of the older adults we serve.”
“U.S. News provides in-depth information on multiple community types to help potential residents and their families find, in consultation with their doctors as needed, the best place to help meet their needs,” said Zach Adams, Senior Health Data Engineer at U.S. News. U.S. News and World Reports obtains their data through residents, family members and family representatives. They evaluate us on a variety of factors including safety, meals, management, staff, resident care and value. “Communities that are highly rated excel in making residents feel safe, well cared for and highly satisfied by the services provided.”
Opened in 2007, Deer Crest is an Ebenezer senior living community. The community offers care, activities, events, spiritual health, art and music classes, and much more. Deer Crest Senior Living was previously awarded U.S. News & World Report’s Best Assisted Living for 2022-2023. Ebenezer Management Services is a 2023 multi-award winning company with recognitions from The Star Tribune, Minnesota Real Estate Journal, Reader’s Choice Awards, and U.S. News and World Reports.
